Privacy Policy

Glint is built with privacy as a core principle. Your workspaces, browser tiles, and settings stay on your device, and we never collect data without your explicit action.

Last updated: November 2025

1. Information We Collect

Glint keeps the following data locally so the app can function:

  • Workspace layouts, tiles, and their connections
  • Browser tile states such as URLs or snapshots
  • App preferences, settings, and session restore data

2. How Your Data Is Used

Locally stored data is used only to display your workspace, persist state when the app closes, restore it on next launch, and improve in-app functionality on your device.

Nothing is analyzed, tracked, uploaded, or shared with Glint.

3. Third-Party Services

Glint does not integrate with analytics suites, ad networks, crash reporters, or cloud storage providers. Your workspace activity never leaves your computer.

4. Website

Our marketing site may use minimal technical cookies or logs necessary for load balancing and security.

5. Data Sharing

We share nothing. There is no data sent to third parties, advertisers, affiliates, or analytics providers.

6. Security

All Glint data stays on your device, so its protection depends on your operating system's built-in safeguards.

Glint does not bypass or weaken system-level privacy protections.

7. Your Choices

You can delete all Glint data at any time by removing the app's local storage folder or uninstalling the app.

Doing so permanently removes saved workspaces and configuration data.

8. Changes to This Policy

If we introduce new features, such as optional cloud sync, we will update this page and clearly describe what changed.

Thank you for trusting Glint with your workspace.
